Cost calculator
What does this
actually cost you?
Two questions, and arithmetic on published prices. No crew rates, no hours saved, no productivity multiplier — those are numbers a vendor picks to get the answer it wanted.
Other vendors’ figures are their published entry prices as of August 2026, annualised. They are not like-for-like — most are a single user seat, some include processing credits — so treat them as the cost of getting started, not a feature-for-feature quote. See what each of them does that we do not

What the calculator does not price
The number above is what DroneFlow.Ai costs. Whether it is worth paying depends on things only your own operation can measure — so this section says what to measure, rather than supplying a multiplier we chose.
Capture that repeats
Flown once, the figure above is the whole question. Flown every week, the useful question is what each revisit replaces: who drives out, how long it takes them, and how often the trip exists only to see the current state of the ground.
The record you keep
Every capture stays in the project, so an older flight can be opened and compared against the latest one instead of reconstructing the site from photos on somebody's phone. What that is worth depends on how often a claim or a meeting turns on the earlier condition.
Who else needs to see it
Maps, models and measurements open in a browser through a share link — nothing to install, and no seat to buy for the person looking. Count the people who currently wait for someone to export a file and email it to them.
What it would replace
Set the figure against what you already pay for: desktop photogrammetry licences, the machine time a reconstruction occupies, and wherever finished deliverables are stored and hunted for today. Some of that stays. The honest comparison is the part that does not.
Working it out for your own site
Four questions, answered with your numbers rather than ours:
- How many sites do you fly, and how often is each one reflown?
- What does one visit cost you today, door to door?
- How many of those visits exist only to observe or document?
- Who else asks for the output, and what do they wait on now?
Put those answers against the annual figure the calculator produced. We have deliberately not published a payback period: we do not know your crew rates, your drive times or how you bill, and a number invented for a marketing page would not survive contact with any of them.
