The 3D model viewer shows nothing

What's happening

The 3D tab loads but shows nothing, or the mesh never appears. There are three distinct causes and they need different responses: the viewer can be locked because a trial ended without payment, the page can be stale in cache, or an older browser can lack the 3D graphics support the viewer needs.

What to check

1. Look for a padlock or upgrade prompt first. That is a plan state, not a fault — an active trial has full 3D access.
2. Hard-reload the page (Ctrl+F5, or Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac).
3. Try a current version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox on a desktop.

How to fix it

1. If it is locked, add payment information.
2. If it is cache, the hard reload resolves it.
3. If it is the browser, update it. 3D is the most demanding view in the product.

Avoiding it next time

Use a current desktop browser for 3D work. Streaming a multi-gigabyte model is genuinely demanding, and older browsers and low-end mobile hardware struggle with it.
